ACS37220LEZATR-150B3 Current Sensor Compact Carrier -150A to +150A, 3.3V
This is the compact version of a simple carrier for Allegro’s ACS37220LEZATR-150B3 Hall effect-based, electrically isolated current sensor, which offers an extra-low-resistance (~0.1 mΩ) IC current path, a 150 kHz bandwidth with <4 µs response time, and an overcurrent fault output with a user-configurable threshold.
