New revision of the Dual VNH5019 motor driver shield for Arduino

    - 21 September 2015

In your blog Derrill says that this shield works with brushed dc motors. I want to use the shield to work with 6.5 inch SPAL brushless motors. I intend to use two motors each with a nominal running current drain of 5 to 6 Amps.
Another blog comment Grant talks about a drive-coast mode which makes me wonder if PWM averaging is going to work on the brushless motors.
Will this motor controller work with the brushless motors?
The brushless phasing is all controlled within the SPAL motors.

    Cheers!
