Understanding battery capacity: Ah is not A
- 27 December 2014I have been working on a set of cordless sheep shears for 2 years. We have a bldc motor set up for an 18v lithium ion battery. For the configuration of the shears it would feel more balanced if we use 2 (10.8v 2ah batteries). Does the math work on adding the volts to equal 21.6 volts (set up linear) and a total of 4ah. My concern is the ah. Can you get 4ah from 2 (2ah) batteries?
