The position

Bring us your passion for making things clean and nice, and we can offer you flexibility and guaranteed hours in a newly remodeled building. We are seeking a part-time or full-time janitor. Experience with cleaning is a plus but not required. Duties will include tasks such as cleaning floors, waxing floors, cleaning restrooms, and removing trash.

Summary

• This is a part-time or full-time position for on-site work at our Las Vegas location. Work hours are Monday-Friday, generally between 8:00AM-5:00PM.
• Pay will depend on skills and experience.
• Benefits available.
• Duties include day-to-day cleaning, including:
  • Using a floor machine to clean vinyl tile floors
  • Refinishing and waxing floors
  • Cleaning restrooms
  • Emptying small trash cans throughout the office and moving large trash bags from the warehouse into the dumpster
  • Cleaning breakroom/kitchen areas
  • Mopping
  • Vacuuming
  • Organizing and cleaning other areas
  • Other assistance as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds several times a day
• Reliable attendance
• Reliable transportation
• Cheerful, can-do attitude, strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Ability to do repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for long hours
• Ability to work alone and in a team
• Motivated self-starter
• Basic English communication

• Experience in cleaning
• Experience in maintenance
• Experience using floor machines
